There are a number of reasons why access to your account may be frozen and you are seeing the Account Frozen error message. Four common reasons are listed below.
You did not verify your identity when opening your account (you cannot open an account without verifying your identity) or have not re-verified your identity as required from time to time.

You have tried to log in to your account 3 or more times using an incorrect Password (usually as a result of the "caps lock" key being on).
Log in to your TAB account, select the Unlock Account link next to the Account is Security Blocked message and enter the requested information.

You have tried to log in to your account 3 or more times using an incorrect account number.
You have been asked to contact Customer Service to resolve some other administrative issues.
To resolve this matter, please call us on 131 802 and have your Account Number and PIN ready.
To prevent unauthorised access to your account the TAB is unable to accept an email request for account information.
