Please note:
- When you withdraw funds via EFT, the funds you withdraw will be deposited directly into your registered bank account. EFT withdrawal requests received before 12pm (AEST) Monday to Friday will be processed on the same day, and the requested funds will generally be credited to your bank account by the following morning. EFT withdrawal requests received on weekends, or after 12pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, will be processed on the next working day.
- When you deposit funds into your TAB account, you’ll only be able to withdraw those funds once they’ve been turned over (i.e., once they have been used to bet). This means your account balance and the amount you can withdraw from your account (i.e., your ‘withdrawable’ balance) can be different. Your withdrawable balance is displayed on your digital TAB account card on the ‘Withdrawals’ page within the app.
To withdraw funds via the app:
- Log in to your account.
- Tap your balance in the header at the top of the screen.
3. Tap ‘Withdraw’.
4. If you don’t want to withdraw to your default account, select the account you want to withdraw funds to – this only applies if you have multiple withdrawal accounts.
Then, enter a valid amount (e.g., an amount no more than the total of your withdrawable balance and any withdrawal limits that apply) and tap ‘Withdraw Now’.
