When placing an ‘Exacta’, ‘Trifecta’ or ‘First 4’ bet, if you’re sure that some runners will place in a finishing position you can use the ‘Roving Banker’. If you select a runner as a ‘Roving Banker’ selection, the runner must finish in a placing position for the relevant bet type for your bet to win.
