When you open a TAB account, you can set your betting jurisdiction as ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS or VIC.
Your betting account jurisdiction determines the prices, pools and bet types available to you, and which state or territory’s regulations govern your account. For tote betting:
- NSW betting accounts provide access to the standalone NSW pool.
- ACT and VIC betting accounts provide access to the SuperTAB pool.
- NT, QLD, SA and TAS betting accounts provide access to the UTAB pool.
Where can I view my account jurisdiction?
You can view your account jurisdiction:
- Next to your account number on your profile page in the TAB app.
- Via the ‘More’ menu in the TAB app – tap ‘Account’ and scroll down to ‘Jurisdiction’.
- In the TAB app’s homepage footer when you’re logged in.
- At tab.com.au – via the main menu or in the footer when you’re logged in.
