Installing Firefox

Customers using Internet Explorer to access the Sky Racing Media Centre and who receive following error message: "Your current access level is not high enough to access this feature please try with your tab account or by using the sky media subscription" are advised to install the latest version of the Firefox browser to use when accessing the Sky Racing Media Centre.

To install Firefox:

1. Go to Mozilla Firefox homepage at following address: http://www.getfirefox.com and select latest 'FireFox Free Download'
2. After the download has finished, select Run when asked "Do you want to run this file?" in the 'Open File - Security Warning' window
3. Click Next in 'Welcome to the Mozilla Firefox Setup Wizard' window
4. Select Standard then next in the 'Setup Type' window
5. Click on Install in 'Summary' window (Uncheck the "Use Firefox as my default web browser" if you want to keep your current browser as default)
6. Click on Finish in the 'Completed the Mozilla Firefox Setup Wizard' window
7. The 'Import Wizard' will now appear to see if you want to Import Options, Bookmarks, History, Passwords and other data from Microsoft Explorer. If you would like to import these settings, select the 'Microsoft Internet Explorer' and click on Next otherwise select "Don't import anything".
8. The next page asks 'Home Page Selection', to copy across your current home page from Internet Explorer, click on "Import your home page from Internet Explorer" otherwise click on "Firefox Start, a fast home page with built-in search"

Customers are also reminded to uncheck the "Block popup windows" to allow Sky Form to open in a new window from the tab.com.au site. The following are the instructions to do this in Firefox:

1. Select Tools from Menu Bar
2. Select Options
3. Click on Content tab
4. Ensure that 'Block popup windows' is not selected.
