Place

Pick a runner in a race and if your runner finishes first, second or third you will collect your place dividend. (A third-place dividend is only paid in races with eight or more runners).

Each Way

An Each Way bet combines the Win and Place bets. If your runner wins, you will collect both a Win and Place dividend or if your runner finishes second or third you will collect the Place dividend only.

Quinella

To win the Quinella you are required to correctly select the two runners that finish both first and second in a race, in any order. Flexi betting is available for this bet type.

Exacta

An Exacta requires you to correctly select the two runners that finish first and second in a race in the exact order. Flexi Betting is available on Exacta bets.

Duet

The Duet requires you to correctly select two of the three placegetters in any order and is only available on races that have eight or more runners. The Duet will pay three dividends for the following combinations: first and second, first and third, and second and third. Flexi Betting is available on Duet bets.

The Trifecta requires you to select the runners that will finish first, second and third in a race, in the correct finishing order. The Trifecta is a Flexi bet and can be straight, boxed, a standout or a Roving Banker bet.

The Daily Double requires you to correctly pick the winners of two TAB nominated races at the same race meeting. Flexi betting is available for this bet type.

The Treble requires you to pick the winner of three TAB nominated races in each assigned leg. It helps to think of it as a Quaddie with one less leg. Flexi betting is available for Treble bets.

BIG6

The BIG6 requires you to pick six winners from six races nominated by the TAB. The races that make up a BIG6 may be at the same race meeting or at different race meetings. There is at least one BIG6 available every week. Flexi betting is available for BIG6 bets.

Parlay

A bet which involves parlaying your winnings from one race into one or more other races. To parlay means to create a single bet that links together two or more individual bets and is dependent on all of these bets winning together. You can have a Parlay formula on a minimum of two and up to a maximum of six races, and you can place a combination of Win, Place, Win & Place or Quinella bets. You can expand your options by parlaying your bets over 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6 races using a Formula Number, which means you do not have to be successful in every leg to be a winner.

Fixed Odds Single

A TAB Sportsbet Fixed Odds single enables you to take any single bet with a listed TAB Proposition (Prop) number at a fixed-odds price.

Multi

A TAB Sportsbet Multi enables you to effectively 'all-up' your investment across sports and fixed odds racing options of your choice (note there is a maximum of 10 racing legs). The dividend for this product is calculated by multiplying the prices of each selection together. You must get every selection correct for this bet type to return.

Super Multi

A Super Multi allows you to select multiple combinations or 'Systems' within the same Multi, giving you more ways to win. The 'system' number is the minimum number of legs that your bets must be successful over to get a return. You can now cross fixed odds racing into sport. Include up to three legs of racing to a maximum of ten different legs. Plus, it's Flexi and will divide your stake equally across all combinations.

Mystery Bets are available on the Next Race to Jump for the following bet types. A pre-defined spend and number of selections are automatically generated for the bet. Simply submit the related Betting Card, No marking required.

$3.00 Mystery Trifecta

3 runners randomly selected for the bet and if they finish 1^st, 2^nd or 3^rd in any order you win 50% of the declared Trifecta dividend.

$2.00 Mystery Quinella

2 runners randomly selected for the bet and if they finish 1^st or 2^nd in any order you win 200% of the declared Quinella dividend.

$4.00 Mystery First4

4 runners randomly selected for the bet and if they finish 1^st, 2^nd, 3^rd and 4^th in any order you win 16.66% of the declared First4 dividend.
