How can I collect my Tote or Fixed Odds tickets and Vouchers?
Account holders
- Log into the TAB App
- Click on Account in the bottom right corner
- Click Check & Collect (enable your camera if necessary)
- Scan the barcode at the bottom of each ticket
- Winning dividends will be credited to your account
Note: this does not include Trackside tickets or where you have exceeded your daily deposit limit. Additionally, collects of $10,000 or greater may require additional checks before being credited to your account
Non-account holders
- Download the TAB App
- Click on Account in the bottom right corner (iOS) or click on the menu in the top left corner (Android)
- Click Check & Collect (enable your camera if necessary)
- Scan the barcode at the bottom of each ticket
- Scan tickets using Check & Collect (available via TAB App)
- This will tell you if your ticket is a winner or not
Note: this cannot be used for Trackside tickets
- To collect any winning tickets or vouchers, refer to the following two options
Option 1
Open a new account
- Download the TAB App or use tab.com.au to create the account
- Follow the prompts and provide all required information
- Link your bank details (BSB & Acc No.) to the account
- Follow the Identification & Verification steps
- Use Check & Collect (via the TAB App) to scan winning tickets or redeem vouchers

- Funds will be added to your account balance
- Use EFT to withdraw funds into the bank account you nominated in step 3)
Note: this process cannot be used for Trackside tickets

Trackside tickets or
Vouchers to Customer Service:
- Bundle your tickets along with:
- Your full name
- Current address
- Phone number
- Email address

What about Cash Out?
Cash Out will no longer be available for Retail tickets
Can I get a refund on bets that haven’t been resulted yet?
Refunds for Fixed Odds events, which are currently suspended, are being addressed as information from Sporting Associations come to hand. Approved refunds may become available and if so, will be able to be claimed as per options 1 or 2 above.
What do I do if I’ve lost or damaged my ticket?
Claims for tickets that are lost, damaged will need to follow the normal claims process.
