You can update your contact details – including your email address, phone number, and residential address – on the TAB app.
 
 
 
Important note:You can only update your residential address once every 30 days.
 
 
 To update your contact details:
 
  
 
  
   - Log in to your account.
- Tap the ‘Account’ menu in the bottom-right corner of the screen
- Tap ‘Account Details’.
- Select the details you want to update (e.g., residential address, mobile, or email).
- Tap 'Enrol' to launch Multi-Factor Authentication 
- Enter Six Digit Code 
- Tap Continue
- Enter the required details and tap ‘Update Details’
- Confirm the change to your details by entering your TAB account password or using biometrics (e.g., Face ID, Touch ID etc.)
