What are 'My Offers'?
'My Offers' are daily Bonus Bet Offers made available to Eligible Participants. These daily Bonus Bet Offers:
will appear in an Eligible Participant's Available Token List within the 'My Offers' platform on the TAB app
can be used on a Sport event or domestic race as specified
for racing, can only be used once per bet, per event, and on races taking place on the same day an offer is valid
for sport, can only be used once per bet
expire at the end of each day (Sports at midnight and Racing at 3am)
How do I view 'My Offers'?
'My Offers' are available within the TAB app only – always make sure you're using the latest version of the TAB app.
To view your 'My Offers' page and see your available daily Bonus Bet Offers, tap your balance at the top of the TAB app to expand the global header. Then, tap 'My Offers'.
You can also see which 'My Offers' Bonus Bet Offers are available to you directly from your bet slip – simply tap 'My Offers' or, in some cases, 'Saver' or 'Boost'.
What are the usage restrictions on 'My Offers'?
The following restrictions and conditions apply to 'My Offers':
Racing:
For racing 'Win' Bonus Bet Offers, minimum number of runners apply: 6 Greyhound Racing, 6 Harness Racing, 8 Thoroughbred Racing.
Bonus Bet Offers can only be used once per bet, per event, and on races taking place on the same day an offer is valid.
Sport:
Sports 'Saver' and 'Boost' Bonus Bet Offers can be used for bets on future matches.
Bonus Bet Offers can only be used once per bet.
General:
Minimum odds apply depending on the offer type – please refer to individual Bonus Bet Offer Types for minimum odds requirements.
What is a 'Saver' offer?
'Saver' Bonus Bet Offers give you your stake back as a Bonus Bet (up to a designated, maximum amount) if your bet doesn't win and you meet the specified criteria.
What is a 'Boost' offer?
'Boost' Bonus Bet Offers give you a Bonus Bet if your bet wins. The Bonus Bet amount will be based on a percentage of your winnings (i.e., the payout amount of your winning bet, which excludes your stake).
How often do 'My Offers' refresh?
'My Offers' refresh daily:
Racing Bonus Bet Offers at 3am.
Sports Bonus Bet Offers at midnight.
How do I activate a 'My Offers' Bonus Bet Offer?
'My Offers' Bonus Bet Offers are activated directly from your bet slip, simply tap 'My Offers' (or, in some cases, 'Saver' or 'Boost') to view available Bonus Bet Offers. Then, select the Bonus Bet Offer you want to apply to your bet and tap 'Activate'.
Can I change or swap a 'My Offers' offer after I've activated it?
If you've applied a 'My Offers' Bonus Bet Offer to a bet (but haven't placed the bet yet), you can swap it with another available Bonus Bet Offer by tapping the 'Swap' option on your bet slip.
What happens if I use a 'My Offers' Bonus Bet Offer on a runner that's scratched?
The Bonus Bet Offer will be returned to you.
Can I use a racing 'Saver' Bonus Bet Offer on an 'each way' bet?
Yes, but the Bonus Bet Offer will only apply to the 'win' component of the bet.
If I use an SGM Bonus Bet Offer and my bet is voided, will I get the Bonus Bet Offer back?
Yes, the Bonus Bet Offer will be returned to you.
Can I use a 'My Offers' Bonus Bet Offer and another Bonus Bet Offer type at the same time?
Only one offer type can be applied per bet. 'My Offers' Bonus Bet Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other offer types. If you apply a 'My Offer' Bonus Bet Offer, you will not be able to apply another offer type (e.g., a 'Multiplier' or 'The Lock').
What happens if I use a 'My Offers' offer on an event which has a 'Featured Promos' offer?
Where your 'My Offers' offer is the same as a general TAB Promotion offer, you will not be eligible for the general TAB Promotion and only your 'My Offers' offer will be applied to your bet.
What if I don't want to use or view 'My Offers' offers?
If you don't want to use or view 'My Offers' offers, you can call our Customer Service Team on 131 802 and request to have them removed from your account – if you do this, all promotions and offers will be removed from your account.
Can I use 'My Offers' on tab.com.au?
Currently, 'My Offers' is only available on the TAB app. We'll notify you if 'My Offers' becomes available via tab.com.au.
