To view your bonus bets on the TAB app:
Log in to your account and tap the global header at the top of your screen.

Tap 'Bonus Bets'.

Any bonus bets you have will appear on the 'Bonus Bets' screen. Tap bonus bets for more information.

To view your bonus bets at tab.com.au:
Log in to your account.
Select the menu in the top left corner of the screen.

From the drop-down menu that appears, select 'My Account'. Then, scroll down and select 'Bonus Bets'.

Any bonus bets you have will appear on the 'My Bonus Bets' screen. Select bonus bets for more information.

You can split bonus bets of $2 or more by two, three, four, or five equal increments of no less than 50c. For example, you could split a $20 bonus bet into two $10 bets, four $5 bets, or five $4 bets.
Your original bonus bet will disappear and be replaced with the newly split bets that you can then use.
The newly split bonus bet will have the same expiry date as the original bonus bet.

In the case of a deposit-related bonus bet offer, you've deposited funds to your TAB account using an ineligible method:
Only deposits made online using your debit card make you eligible for deposit-related bonus bet offers. If you make cash or BPAY deposits, you won't receive the offers.
Your email address or phone number is not up-to-date:
We often let customers know about bonus bet promotions and how to redeem them via email and SMS. If you're not receiving information about bonus bet promotions via email or SMS, check that the email address and phone number you are using match the email address and phone number linked to your TAB account.
If you win with a bonus bet, the stake (i.e., the original value of bonus bet) will be returned to TAB and the winnings (i.e., the profit) will automatically be credited to your TAB account balance.
Example: You receive a $10 bonus bet and use it to place a bet with odds at $2.00 and win. This means the bet pays out at $20. The $20 payout is made up of the $10 bonus bet stake/value and $10 winnings/profit. So, $10 will be returned to TAB and $10 will be credited directly to your TAB account balance.
If you use a bonus bet on a selection that is scratched/cancelled, your bonus bet should automatically be returned to your account.
If a bonus bet isn't automatically returned to you when a selection is scratched/cancelled, you can call our friendly Customer Service Team on 131 802 and ask to have the bonus bet reinstated (i.e., returned to your account). Following a request to have a bonus bet reinstated, it can take up to 72 hours for it to be returned to your account and available for use.
At present a bonus bet cannot be used over the Phone (Operator), IVR or In-store. Bonus bets can only be used on tab.com.au or the TAB App.
If you are eligible for a bonus bet, the bonus bet will be allocated to you within an hour if not immediately.
