1. How do I view my bonus bets on the TAB app?

To view your bonus bets on the TAB app:

2. How do I view my bonus bets at tab.com.au?

To view your bonus bets at tab.com.au:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Select the menu in the top left corner of the screen.

   
   
   
   

3. From the drop-down menu that appears, select 'My Account'. Then, scroll down and select 'Bonus Bets'.

   
   
   
   

4. Any bonus bets you have will appear on the 'My Bonus Bets' screen. Select bonus bets for more information.

   
   
   
   

3. Can I split my bonus bets?

You can split bonus bets of $2 or more by two, three, four, or five equal increments of no less than 50c. For example, you could split a $20 bonus bet into two $10 bets, four $5 bets, or five $4 bets.

4. What happens to my original bonus bet if I split it?

Your original bonus bet will disappear and be replaced with the newly split bets that you can then use.

5. What will the expiry date of a newly split bonus bet be?

The newly split bonus bet will have the same expiry date as the original bonus bet.

6. How do I split a bonus bet?

To split a bonus bet:

7. Are bonus bets added to/included in my account balance?

No. The value of a bonus bet is not added to your account balance.

Your bonus bets and account balance are separate, and:

• Bonus bets are valid/available for a limited time only (generally 7 days)
• Bonus bets are subject to certain terms and conditions
• You cannot use bonus bets and funds from your account balance on the same bet

8. Can I use a bonus bet and funds from my account balance on the same bet?

No. Bonus bets and regular bets have different terms and conditions. For example, bonus bets can't be used on all bet types. So, you can't add to the value of a bonus bet using funds from your account balance.

9. How do I place a bet using a bonus bet instead of my account funds?

To place a bet using a bonus bet, follow the normal steps for placing a bet at tab.com.au or on the TAB app. But, instead of adding a bet amount using funds from your account balance, select the 'Bonus Bet' option.

Please note: If 'Bonus Bet' doesn't appear as an option when you're placing a bet, it might be because you don't have any bonus bets available or because you've selected a bet type that can't be used with a bonus bet.

10. Can I use bonus bets on all bet types?

No. Bonus bets cannot be used on the following bet types:

• Live bets
• Win or place bets with multiple selections (exclusion only applies to bets placed on tab.com.au)
• Each way bets (pari-mutuel and fixed odds)
• Parlay formula
• Mystery products
• NRL FootyTAB bets
• AFL FootyTAB bets
• Non-flexi exotic bets (for example, trifecta and exacta bets)
• Trackside
• Non-flexi system multis
• Bets where multiplier or 'The Lock' is applied

Important note: If 'Bonus Bet' doesn't appear as an option when you're placing a bet, it might be because you don't have any bonus bets available or because you've selected a bet type that cannot be used with a bonus bet.

11. How many times can I use a bonus bet?

You can use each bonus bet you receive once.

While you can only use each bonus bet once, you can split the total value of a bonus bet into smaller betting amounts:

• Only bonus bets of $2 or more can be split
• Bonus bets must be split into equal amounts and can be split a maximum of 5 ways
• The minimum amount a bonus bet can be split into is $0.50

12. A bonus bet I had has disappeared, where is it?

If a bonus bet you received doesn't appear in your account, it's likely it has expired and is no longer available to you.

Most bonus bets are valid for 7 days from the day they appear in your account.

You can find the 'valid until'/'expiry' date of a bonus bet directly under the details of the bet on the 'Bonus Bet' screen at tab.com.au or on the TAB app.

13. Bonus bets expiry: How long do bonus bets last?

Most bonus bets are valid for 7 days from the day they appear in your account.

14. Why am I not receiving bonus bets?

If you're not receiving bonus bets, it could be because:

• In the case of a deposit-related bonus bet offer, you've deposited funds to your TAB account using an ineligible method:

  Only deposits made online using your debit card make you eligible for deposit-related bonus bet offers. If you make cash or BPAY deposits, you won't receive the offers.

• Your email address or phone number is not up-to-date:

  We often let customers know about bonus bet promotions and how to redeem them via email and SMS. If you're not receiving information about bonus bet promotions via email or SMS, check that the email address and phone number you are using match the email address and phone number linked to your TAB account.

15. How do bonus bet payouts work?

If you win with a bonus bet, the stake (i.e., the original value of bonus bet) will be returned to TAB and the winnings (i.e., the profit) will automatically be credited to your TAB account balance.

Example: You receive a $10 bonus bet and use it to place a bet with odds at $2.00 and win. This means the bet pays out at $20. The $20 payout is made up of the $10 bonus bet stake/value and $10 winnings/profit. So, $10 will be returned to TAB and $10 will be credited directly to your TAB account balance.

16. What happens if I use a bonus bet on a selection that is scratched/cancelled?

If you use a bonus bet on a selection that is scratched/cancelled, your bonus bet should automatically be returned to your account.

If a bonus bet isn't automatically returned to you when a selection is scratched/cancelled, you can call our friendly Customer Service Team on 131 802 and ask to have the bonus bet reinstated (i.e., returned to your account). Following a request to have a bonus bet reinstated, it can take up to 72 hours for it to be returned to your account and available for use.

17. Can I use bonus bets over-the-phone, via IVR or in person?

At present a bonus bet cannot be used over the Phone (Operator), IVR or In-store. Bonus bets can only be used on tab.com.au or the TAB App.

18. I redeemed a bonus bet promotion, where is my bonus bet?

If you are eligible for a bonus bet, the bonus bet will be allocated to you within an hour if not immediately.
