Batch Betting allows TAB customers to place large volumes of racing and sport totalizator bets.

Batches of up to 8,000 bets can be submitted using the TAB bet string format for racing and sport totalizator bets.

The Batch Betting Interface through tab.com.au replaces the Rapid Bet Desktop Client previously distributed by the TAB.

To access Batch Betting on tab.com.au:

1. Log into tab.com.au with your TAB Account Number and Password

2. Go to Menu > My Account > Batch Betting

3. To submit a batch bet file, either:

   • Copy and paste bet strings into Batch Bet window, or

   • Select Import Batch File then select batch bet file from file manager

Note: Batch files must be in a .bet or .txt file format and contain no spaces. Each bet string must be on a new line.

4. After bet strings are successfully imported, select Submit Batch.

Bet Confirmation Summary

Bet confirmation page will now be shown displaying the count of valid, invalid and total bets. A total count and costing of all valid bets will also be shown.

Options:

• Selecting Valid Bets - View displays lines in the batch file that are valid

• Selecting Invalid Bets - View displays line numbers in the batch file that are invalid, error message/reason will also be shown

5. Select Confirm to place bets

Bet Receipt Summary

Bet receipt page will now be shown displaying the count of Bets Submitted, Accepted and Rejected.

Options:

• Selecting Bets Accepted: View - displays all bets accepted

• Selecting Bets Rejected: View - displays all bets rejected with error/reason for rejection

5. Select Close to exit
