Your activity statement provides a summary of your TAB account activity over a monthly period. Your activity statement includes information on:
 

• How much you’ve spent, won, and lost over the month
• The number of bets you’ve placed over the month
• Your net result for the month
• Your total deposit and withdrawal amounts for the month
• How your wagering activity is tracking over time
• Your opening and closing balance for the month
• Where you can find detailed information on your transactions
• Support services available to you.

The following is an example of an activity statement. You can find information on what each of the different fields/sections on your activity statement refer to here. 












 

TAB Activity Statement – Information Fields and Sections

The following explains what each information field/section on your activity statement refers to.


Statement Period – The month your statement relates to.


Closing Balance– The balance of your account on the last day of the statement period.


Account No.– Your TAB account number.


You Spent– The total amount (including bonus bets) you have wagered in the statement period.


Total Stake– The total combined value of the bets (excluding bonus bet and cancelled bet stakes) you placed in the statement period. 

Please note: While cancelled bets are not included in your ‘Total Stake’ value for the statement period, they are included in the bet count that appears next to your ‘Total Stake’ value.


Win Bonus Bet– The total combined value of the winning bonus bets you placed in the statement period. Please note: The total number of winning bets you placed using bonus bets is shown next to your ‘Win Bonus Bet’ value.


Lost Bonus Bet – The total combined value of the losing bonus bets you placed in the statement period.

Please note: The total number of losing bets you placed using bonus bets is shown next to your ‘Lost Bonus Bet’ value.


You Won– The total value of bets that were resulted as winning (with the stake value of the bets removed) and credited to your account in the statement period. Your total number of winning bets appears under your ‘You Won’ value.


You Lost – The total value of the bets that were resulted as losing or future/unresulted (excluding bonus bets) in the statement period. Your total number of losing or future/unresulted bets appears under your ‘You Lost’ value.


Adjustments– The total value of adjustments TAB has made to your account balance during the statement period. TAB may make adjustments to your account that impact your account balance positively or negatively. The most common adjustments relate to the payout of claims or the reversal of transactions made in error (either by you, TAB, or one of our venue partners). Your Net Results– Your overall result for the statement period (i.e., your overall win if the value is positive or your overall loss if the value is negative). Your overall net result is calculated as follows: Net Result = (You Won – You Lost +/- Adjustments).


Opening Balance– Your account balance on the first day of the statement period.


Deposits– The total combined value of the deposits you made in the statement period.


Promotional Balance– The total value of promotional money (e.g., cash credits) you received in the statement period.


Withdrawals– The total amount you withdrew from your account in the statement period.


Your Spending and Net Results for 6 months– This column graphs and provides a visual representation of:

• The amount you spent and the net result of the last 6 months
• The amount you spent and the net result of the statement periods
• The amount you spent and the net result of the same month last year
• The total amount you spent and the net result of the last 6 months in total.

View your detailed transactions link – This link will direct you to log in to your TAB account so you can access and download detailed transaction details for the statement period in csv format. If you cannot log in to your account, this link will open a csv file containing your transactions for the statement period.
