You can find your TAB account number on your physical TAB account card or your TAB Digital Card. We also sent you an email containing your account number when you set up your account.
If you have forgotten or can’t find your account number, you can retrieve it on the TAB app or at tab.com.au.

To retrieve your account number on the TAB app:
- Select ‘Account Number’ in the ‘Forgot you Password or Account Number?’ option under the ‘Log In’ button.
Please note:If you see the following notification when attempting to log in to your account, it means you’ve entered the wrong password and/or account number.
2. Enter the email address you used to open your TAB account and your date of birth. Then, select ‘
Retrieve Account Number’.
If the email address and date of birth you enter match our records, you’ll receive an email with your account number. If you don’t receive an email from us, please check your junk mail before contacting our Customer Service Team on 131 802.
To retrieve your account number at
tab.com.au:
1. Select the ‘forgot account number’ option on the login screen.
2. Enter the email address you used to register your TAB account and your date of birth on the following screen and select ‘
Retrieve Account’.
