If your account is locked, you’ll generally be able to unlock it yourself by following a few simple steps at
tab.com.au or on the TAB app.

If your account is frozen, you will need to contact our friendly Customer Service Team on 131 802.
If you’re account is locked, you’ll see the following message when you try to log in to your account:

On the TAB app:
If your account is locked, the following message will appear when you try to log in on the TAB app.
To unlock your account, select ‘
Unlock Account’.
Then, enter your account number, last name, date of birth, and password on the following screen and tap ‘
Unlock Your Account’.
If you successfully unlock your account, you will automatically be logged in to the app.
If your attempt to unlock your account is unsuccessful, you will see the following notification and you will need to contact our Customer Service Team on 131 802.
If your account is locked, the following message will appear when you try to log in at tab.com.au.
To unlock your account, select ‘
Unlock Account’.
Then, enter your account number, last name, date of birth, and password on the following screen and select ‘
Unlock Account’.
