As part of our new functionality we have rolled out such as resetting your password via email, we now ask that you verify your email before sending you communications. This validates that you can receive emails from us and that you have the correct email address assigned to your TAB account.
1. Log into you TAB account
2. Select Menu navigation then select My Account
If you have not verified you email (and if you have other actions awaiting), the Pending Action area will be shown.
3. Select View in Pending Actions area.
4. The Pending Actions screen will now be shown with action item to Verify Your Email, select Send Email
5. Check your email account, you should receive an email from TAB with subject "Please confirm your email address with TAB".
6. Open the email and select the Confirm Email Now link inside to verify your email address currently registered to your TAB account.
Your verify email might have not been received for a couple of reasons due to:
This can occur if the Send Email has pressed multiple times and you are responding to a older verification email. After waiting a little while between last attempt, try process again then respond to newest email in your email queue.
