When you order a physical account card – on the condition that your identity is verified – it will be sent to your residential address listed on your account within 14 business days.
Physical TAB account cards issued from December 2009 will expire 4 years after their month of issue. Your card’s expiry date appears on the front of the card above your name.
Ordering a physical TAB account card on the TAB app
To order a physical TAB account card on the TAB app:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Tap the ‘More’ menu in the bottom-right corner of the screen.

3. Tap ‘TAB Digital Card’.
4. Tap ‘Learn More’ on your digital account card.
5. Tap, ‘Manage Card’.
6. Tap ‘Order TAB Account Card’.
7. Check your address is correct, then enter your TAB account password.
Ordering a physical account card at tab.com.au
To order a new account card at tab.com.au:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Select the ‘Menu’ navigation.
3. Select ‘My Account’ followed by ‘Order TAB Account Card’.
4. Check that your address is correct, enter your TAB account password, and then select ‘Submit’.
