If you do not want to provide us with your personal information, you may not be able to open an account with us or receive services from us. When you provide us with your personal information, we may disclose this information including to our employees, contractors, partners or service providers (including any located overseas) in order to operate our business, to government bodies, regulators, law enforcement and others as required by law and to any other entity to whom we may transfer all or part of our business.
In accordance with our compliance obligations under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth), and other laws that apply to the conduct of our business, we will also collect, use and disclose your full name, date of birth and your address and other relevant information or documents you provide to us to third parties to verify or re-verify your age or identity. The third parties we disclose this information to for these purposes are government bodies, law enforcement agencies, both in Australia and overseas, to the organisations that assist us to verify or re-verify your age or identity (including credit reporting bodies, government bodies and other ID verification service providers). We will undertake this collection, use and/or disclosure to verify or re-verify your age or identity on account opening, and from time to time. If we cannot verify or re-verify your age or identity, you will not be able to use your account or use our products and services.
