2. What payment methods can I use from my PayPal account to deposit funds to my TAB account?
a. When you deposit with PayPal for the first time, you'll be redirected to PayPal to log in and nominate a preferred payment method. You'll be able to choose a Bank Account, Debit or Credit Card as your preferred payment method for deposits to your TAB account . PayPal deposits will be made from the PayPal balance first, before using your preferred payment method (credit/debit card or bank account).
Please note:Due to new law in Australia, from 7 May 2024, if you want to make deposits via PayPal, only PayPal accounts linked to a debit card or bank account will be accepted.
3. I get an error saying my PayPal details don't match my TAB account. What can I do?
a. The PayPal account must be in the registered TAB account holder's name. Please ensure that your personal details like Email, Phone and Address (marked as Primary in PayPal) are the same across your TAB account and PayPal account. To update your personal details on your TAB account, please contact TAB customer service on 131 802.

a. If you get an error advising you to contact PayPal, there could be an issue with your preferred payments method in PayPal. Please contact PayPal for further advice on how to fix the issue.
