How to opt-out of/unsubscribe from marketing and promotional communication
If you’re receiving marketing emails/SMS or in-app marketing notifications from us, it means that you’ve ‘opted in’ to receive them.
You can choose to ‘opt-out’ and stop receiving marketing emails, SMS, or in-app notifications from us at any time.
- To opt-out of all marketing, you can also call us on 131 802. Please note, that if you opt-out of all marketing, you will no longer receive any direct marketing communication from TAB (this includes communications relating to promotions and Blackbook).
- To opt-out of email or SMS marketing, follow the ‘STOP’ or ‘Unsubscribe’ instructions/links in the email or SMS. For example, to opt-out of SMS marketing, follow the ‘Text STOP to 0457885001’ instruction’.
- To opt-out of receiving marketing via phone calls or post, call us on 131 802.
Important note: When you opt-out of marketing emails or SMS, you will no longer receive emails or SMS containing information on promotions or offers. However, you may still receive service-related communications regarding your account.
- To opt out of all marketing via the TAB app:

Log in to the app.

Tap the ‘More’ menu in the bottom-right corner of the screen to open your profile.
3. Tap ‘
Preferences’ (located under your name and account number).
4. Toggle off ‘Receive marketing’.
5. Toggle off ‘Receive marketing’.
