Touchtone is a do-it-yourself betting service. Bets from 50 cents and up are placed on Touchtone using the telephone keypad.

HOW TO PLACE A SPORTS BET

1. Call 132 698

2. Enter your Account Number, press #

3. Enter your PIN Number, press #

4. Enter code for the bet type

   • 4. Sports

5. Enter code for Single or Multi bet

   • 1. Single

   • 2. Multi

     • 1. Multi

     • 2. Super Multi

6. Enter Sportsbet number for the 1st leg, press #

   If placing a single sports bet, you will be prompted to enter investment amount at this point (go to K.)

7. Enter Sportsbet number for the 2nd leg, press #

8. Press # again to enter your amount or enter the Sportsbet number of the 3rd leg then press #

   • Repeat until all legs have been added.

   • If a Super Multi bet, pressing # twice after the last leg will prompt you to enter the Systems numbers.

   • Enter Systems numbers with each being followed by #, with ## after the final systems number.

   • To select all Systems number press 99#.

9. If a Super Multi, select Flexi or Non-Flexi

   • 1. Flexi

   • 2. Non-Flexi

10. Enter the Investment Amount

    Enter the investment amount for each runner or combination of runners in dollars and cents without the decimal point, then press #.

    The maximum bet amount is $9,999.50

    The system will attempt the bet and repeat out bet information including pay amount.

11. Confirmation

    The details of the bet are now read back to you.

    • Press 1 to confirm your bet

    • Press 2 to hear your bet again

    • Press 3 to change your bet

    • Press 5 to reject the bet.

    • Press 9 to end the call.

    NB: By pressing 1 to confirm your bet details, you agree to accept the call back as the receipt, & as such, no correction will be accepted & no claim can be made as per the conditions of using your account.

    After you have confirmed your bet you will be provided with the option to place another bet, select another account or to transfer to the Scratchings, Approximates and Results Information Service. You do not have to hang up and make another call.

12. To exit press 9. You will be given your account balance and your total investment for the call.
