In late 2020, FootyTAB and the jackpot had to be removed from the TAB app for some jurisdictions. FootyTAB was only available to cash customers in retail venues at this time and the jackpot was carried forward and reallocated. This allowed in venue cash customers and foreign tote customers access to FootyTAB for the remainder of the season in 2020.
As we continue with the rollout of a seamless betting experience across all states and territories where TAB operates, customers at their locals, clubs, pubs or agencies will not have access to FootyTAB until early to mid-2021. As a result, FootyTAB will not be available at the start of the 2021 NRL season. During this time FootyTAB will be available for digital customers only.
