SKY Racing Video Streaming Terms of Use

The intellectual property rights (including copyright) in all information, text, material, graphics, fonts, icons, code (including HTML), audio, video, photographs, software and advertisements on the Website ("Content") are owned by or licensed to Tabcorp Holdings Limited ("TAB"). The Content is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You must not modify, copy, reproduce, sell, frame, scrape, upload to a third party, create derivative works from, post, transmit, broadcast, podcast or distribute the Content in any way except as expressly provided for on the Websites or expressly authorised in writing by Tabcorp. You may not use a trade mark displayed on the Websites without Tabcorp or the relevant owner's written permission.

Tabcorp Account Customers may access each of the SKY Racing Internet Video streams on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided that (i) you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices, (ii) you make no modifications to the materials and (iii) you do not use the materials in a manner that suggests an association with us or any of our services or brands.

Sky Channel reserves the right to suspend or permanently refuse the service to any Tabcorp Account Customer for misuse of the SKY Racing Internet Video service.

The video and audio provided via the SKY Racing Internet Video streams is covered by the current New Media Rights agreements with content providers that are in place at this time. Should the New Media Rights arrangements change, Tabcorp reserves the right to remove or alter the SKY Racing Internet Video streams from the Tabcorp Wagering websites.
