PARIMUTUEL (TOTE) BETTING
Internet Bet
All bets placed via the internet on scratched runners cannot be cancelled prior to the race.
A refund will be deposited into Customers accounts following the payment of final dividends from the running of the relevant race as per the Tabcorp Betting Rules.
All multi-leg bets such as Running Double, Daily Double, Quaddie and Big6 will receive the nominated substitute in place of the scratched runner at the jump of the relevant race.

Retail Bet
All single leg bets that have become invalid (do not contain any "live" combinations) due to the scratching of a runner can be cancelled and refunded prior to the start of the relevant race. This is only valid for bets sold on the day of the relevant race and the refund can only be collected from the TAB Retail Outlet that the bet was placed at.
For all bets placed at TAB Retail Outlets prior to the day of the relevant race, a refund can be collected at any outlet but only after the race has completed.
All multi-leg bets such as Running Double, Daily Double Quaddie and Big6 can be cancelled prior to the start of the first leg of the bet otherwise Customers will receive the nominated substitute in place of the scratched runner.
Phone Bet
Please note that all bets placed via the phone on a scratched runner cannot be cancelled prior to the race.
