A ‘Win’ bet simply involves selecting the runner that you think will place 1st in a race.

Placing a ‘Win’ bet on the TAB app
1. Log in to your account.
2. Tap on the ‘Racing’ icon on the menu at the bottom on the screen.
3. On the ‘Racing’ page, select the day/date you want to view races for (i.e., select ‘Next to Go’, ‘Today’, ‘Tomorrow’ or a specific date) and select a race meeting.
Tip!If you select a ‘Next to Go’ race, you’ll go straight to the race page.
4. On the race meeting page, select a race.
5. On the race page, ‘Win/Place’ will automatically be selected as the bet type. So, simply select the runner you want to place a ‘Win’ bet on.
Please note:When selecting your runner, you can choose to make a ‘Fixed Odds’ bet or a ‘Tote’ bet. To make a ‘Fixed Odds’ bet, select your runner by selecting the odds in the ‘Fixed’ column. To make a ‘Tote’ bet, select your runner by selecting the odds in the ‘Tote’ column.

6. Once you’ve selected your runner, enter a stake in the ‘Win’ field and tap ‘Place Bet’.
Tip!If you don’t want to bet straight away, tap ‘Add to Bet Slip’ instead of ‘Place Bet’.

7. Review the details of your bet and tap ‘Confirm Bet’.

- Select ‘Today’s Racing’.
3. Select your preferred racing code (i.e., thoroughbred, greyhounds, or harness) and the race you want to bet on.
4. Win/Place is the default bet type. So, to place a ‘Win’ bet, simply select the runner(s) you want to bet on to win to add them to your Bet Slip.

5. Once you’ve selected the runner(s) you want to bet on, add the amount you want to bet on the runner(s) in the ‘Win’ field. Then, select ‘Bet Now’.
6. Review the details of your bet, then select ‘Submit’.
