To be able to withdraw funds via electronic funds transfer (EFT), you need to register a bank account to your TAB account at
tab.com.au or using the TAB app – find out more about registering a bank account to your TAB account at
tab.com.au here.
To process an EFT withdrawal at
tab.com.au:
- Log in to your account.
2. Open the menu in the top left corner of your screen.
3. Select ‘My Account’, scroll down, and select ‘Withdraw’.
4. If not automatically selected, select
EFT as your preferred withdrawal method. Then, enter the amount you want to withdraw and select ‘
Withdraw’.
To register a bank account to your TAB account at
tab.com.au:
1. Log in to your account.
2. Open the menu in the top-left corner of your screen, then select ‘
My Account’, scroll down, and select ‘
Withdraw’.
3. Select ‘
EFT’ and enter the BSB, account number, and account name of the bank account you want to register. Then, accept the terms and conditions of registering your bank account and select ‘
Register’.
Please note:
- You can only register an account if it is held under the same name as your TAB account
- Some banks will not allow online transactions (including EFTs) with Tabcorp/gambling providers:
To our knowledge, the following banks do not currently allow online transactions (including EFT transactions) with Tabcorp/gambling providers:
- Citibank
- IMB
- Suncorp
- CUA
- Virgin
- HSBC.
- As a part of fraud prevention, some BSBs are restricted.
If you receive an error notification when attempting to register a bank account to your TAB account, you might need to:
- Use an alternative bank account (if you have one that meets the required conditions)
- Consider an alternative withdrawal method
